Mike Miller, Baylor Athletics, spoke about creating player development at the NAIA level.
He spoke about creating opportunities at schools lower resourced. He has now transitioned to working at Baylor University. 😎
Kurt Richardson, Michigan State Football, spoke about preparing athletes for the professional world wherever it leads.
He gave a behind the scenes look at his Upperclassmen Symposium he uses at Michigan State.
Antoine McClain, Clemson Football, spoke about engaging your former player and alumni.
He spoke about how Clemson creates commitment, connection, and celebrate those who have work the jersey.
Will Baggett, Executive Image - Global Speaker, spoke about creating a professional branding and belief.
He spoke about the 4 A’s of Leadership: availability, adaptability, accessibility, and accountability.
Alexander Martin, Miami Dolphins, spoke about the internship olympics.
He implored younger professionals to get full-time experience when available as it will provide more value than continually doing internships at the professional level.

He went from a D1 football player to a Director of Player Development in 4 years. He actually accepted a Player Engagment role with the Minnesota Vikings after the conference. 😎
Khristian Carr, Purdue Football, spoke about purpose in the career path.
She talked about how purpose can provide motivation to tackle new challenges.
Da’Vell Winters spoke about the integration of player development on many levels.
He spoke about his experiences in player development, recruiting, and administration in college football and professional sports.
Dr. Lacee’ Carmon-Johnson, Toronto Raptors, spoke about many things during a fireside chat.
The GEM dropper herself. She talked about how she balances being effective with her home life and her work life, amongst many other things.
Darien Harris, Michigan State Athletics, spoke about professional transitions.
He talked about his transition from the player development position to a assistant athletic director position where he is able to help more athletes.
