Player Development - End of the Year Review
Beyond The Field accomplishments in 2023.
As we are closing in on 2023, I think it is a good time to discuss one of the best resources you can create in the role to help show the value you provide the team(s) you serve.
This resource is: END OF THE YEAR REVIEW
This is a document I started in 2019, honestly to spite my Chief of Staff when I asked for a raise and he asked me what I did in the position. So, I went to my office got on the computer went to LinkedIn (if you’re not posting, PLEASE post it’s the new resume) and typed out all the stuff I did. I went through notes and emails to find other things I did and put it all down. When I finished I had a 7 page document which spotlighted all I did.
I had a EUREKA moment and said I would do this every year I was in the role.

If you haven’t created by this document and your saying I wish I knew this early, YOU STILL HAVE TIME!
Take time over the break, get it done, and share it with those who NEED to see it.

2023 - Beyond The Field Accomplishments
Before I list the accomplishments that happened this year, I want to say this does not happen WITHOUT YOU. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
These accomplishments mean a lot to me because they are continued resources I have been fortunate to create for a role in which I had NONE when I started.
