Quantify Your Player Development Impact
Here's how you can show numerical impact through your position.
Player development is qualitative work.
Those in it understand it, but others may not.
THEY WANT TO SEE NUMBERS!
This is something I wish I would’ve done in the role.
While looking for other positions after my transition from Baylor, I was editing my resume and watched a YouTube video where the creator said you should have a number for every line of your resume. He said this was important because it showed numerically what you have DONE.
I remember sitting there like that actually sounds like a plan. So I took a couple of days to quantify the impact I had made in the role at Houston, Kansas, and Baylor.
In this video I go into deeper detail about this process.
This will take your resume and provide immediate enhancement.
